{"id":4150,"date":"2026-07-02T14:38:14","date_gmt":"2026-07-02T13:38:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/magazine.asi.info\/?p=4150"},"modified":"2026-07-02T14:38:14","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T13:38:14","slug":"le-mexique-celebre-sommellerie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/magazine.asi.info\/?p=4150&lang=fr","title":{"rendered":"Le Mexique c\u00e9l\u00e8bre la Journ\u00e9e internationale du Sommelier"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Le mois dernier, plus de 200 sommeliers, producteurs, formateurs et professionnels du vin se sont r\u00e9unis \u00e0 San Miguel de Allende \u00e0 l&#8217;occasion de la Journ\u00e9e internationale du Sommelier 2026, c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e par l&#8217;Asociaci\u00f3n de Sommeliers Mexicanos (ASM) \u00e0 travers un programme complet consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation, \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition et \u00e0 la reconnaissance de l&#8217;excellence au sein de la profession.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Sous la direction de Georgina Estrada, pr\u00e9sidente de l&#8217;ASM et directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale adjointe de Vin\u00edcola El Cielo, cette c\u00e9l\u00e9bration a mis en lumi\u00e8re la vitalit\u00e9 et l&#8217;\u00e9volution constante de la sommellerie mexicaine gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un programme de masterclasses, de concours, de tables rondes, de d\u00e9gustations et de remises de prix r\u00e9compensant plusieurs des plus grandes figures du vin au Mexique. Je suis profond\u00e9ment \u00e9mu d&#8217;\u00eatre ici aujourd&#8217;hui. Guanajuato<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Le programme acad\u00e9mique s&#8217;est ouvert par une masterclass consacr\u00e9e aux vins du Guanajuato, anim\u00e9e par Ram\u00f3n V\u00e9lez, pr\u00e9sident de Uva y Vino Guanajuato.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Cette pr\u00e9sentation a permis d&#8217;explorer l&#8217;identit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement rapide de l&#8217;une des r\u00e9gions viticoles les plus dynamiques du Mexique, tout en soulignant l&#8217;importance croissante de San Miguel de Allende comme destination majeure de l&#8217;\u0153notourisme.<\/p>\n<h2>Jos\u00e9 Miguel J\u00e1uregui sacr\u00e9 Meilleur Sommelier du Mexique 2026<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Le principal concours national a vu Jos\u00e9 Miguel J\u00e1uregui remporter le titre de <strong>Meilleur Sommelier du Mexique 2026<\/strong>, lui offrant ainsi l&#8217;opportunit\u00e9 de repr\u00e9senter son pays lors du Concours ASI du Meilleur Sommelier du Monde 2026, qui se tiendra \u00e0 Lisbonne.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Dans le cadre de sa pr\u00e9paration au championnat du monde, J\u00e1uregui suivra un programme intensif de perfectionnement \u00e0 Bordeaux, en France.<\/p>\n<h2>Regards sur l&#8217;avenir de la consommation du vin<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Une table ronde a r\u00e9uni plusieurs acteurs majeurs de la fili\u00e8re \u2014 Salom\u00f3n Abedrop, Luis Valdez, Horacio N\u00fa\u00f1ez, Luis Morones, Sandra Fern\u00e1ndez et Carlos Borboa \u2014 afin de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 l&#8217;avenir de la consommation du vin \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Les \u00e9changes ont port\u00e9 sur l&#8217;\u00e9volution des comportements des consommateurs, les mutations des circuits de commercialisation ainsi que sur le r\u00f4le de plus en plus essentiel des sommeliers dans la mise en relation entre les consommateurs et le vin au sein d&#8217;un march\u00e9 en pleine transformation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Cette rencontre s&#8217;inscrivait dans le cadre de la <strong>Guanajuato Wine Week 2026<\/strong>, qui a r\u00e9uni plus de 2 660 participants autour d&#8217;un programme c\u00e9l\u00e9brant le vin, la gastronomie, la culture et le tourisme.<\/p>\n<h2>Une c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de l&#8217;excellence<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Plusieurs personnalit\u00e9s majeures du secteur vitivinicole mexicain ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 distingu\u00e9es lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des prix.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Lourdes Mart\u00ednez Ojeda, du domaine Bruma, en Basse-Californie, a re\u00e7u le prix de <strong>Vigneronne de l&#8217;Ann\u00e9e 2026<\/strong>, r\u00e9compensant l&#8217;ensemble de sa carri\u00e8re ainsi que sa contribution remarquable au d\u00e9veloppement du vin mexicain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Le domaine <strong>Vi\u00f1edo San Miguel<\/strong>, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Comonfort, dans l&#8217;\u00c9tat de Guanajuato, a quant \u00e0 lui \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9 <strong>Domaine Viticole de l&#8217;Ann\u00e9e 2026<\/strong>, en reconnaissance de son engagement constant en faveur de la qualit\u00e9 et de son r\u00f4le dans la promotion des vins du Guanajuato.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c0 la d\u00e9couverte des vins du Mexique<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Tout au long de la journ\u00e9e, les participants ont pris part \u00e0 une d\u00e9gustation libre r\u00e9unissant des vins du Guanajuato aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences internationales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Cette d\u00e9gustation a favoris\u00e9 les \u00e9changes directs entre producteurs, sommeliers et consommateurs, offrant aux participants l&#8217;occasion de comparer diff\u00e9rents styles, de d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux domaines et de mieux appr\u00e9cier la diversit\u00e9 ainsi que la qualit\u00e9 des vins mexicains.<\/p>\n<h2>Wine Casino : un moment de partage<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Les c\u00e9l\u00e9brations se sont conclues par le <strong>Wine Casino<\/strong>, une exp\u00e9rience interactive m\u00ealant d\u00e9gustation \u00e0 l&#8217;aveugle, reconnaissance aromatique et exercices d&#8217;identification des vins.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Con\u00e7ue pour favoriser les \u00e9changes et l&#8217;apprentissage collectif, cette activit\u00e9 a parfaitement illustr\u00e9 l&#8217;esprit de collaboration qui caract\u00e9rise aujourd&#8217;hui la communaut\u00e9 de la sommellerie mexicaine.<\/p>\n<h2>Au-del\u00e0 du vin : c\u00e9l\u00e9brer l&#8217;hospitalit\u00e9 mexicaine<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Les invit\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une d\u00e9gustation exclusive chez Casa Dragones, o\u00f9 la sommeli\u00e8re Sandra Fern\u00e1ndez et le chef Donnie Masterton ont anim\u00e9 des accords mets et spiritueux autour des cuv\u00e9es Casa Dragones Joven, Reposado et A\u00f1ejo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Le programme s&#8217;est poursuivi par une visite du domaine Vi\u00f1edo San Miguel, permettant aux participants de d\u00e9couvrir les vignobles et le chai avant de partager un d\u00eener au c\u0153ur des vignes, c\u00e9l\u00e9brant les vins du Guanajuato, son hospitalit\u00e9 et son rayonnement international grandissant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Les c\u00e9l\u00e9brations de la Journ\u00e9e internationale du Sommelier se sont achev\u00e9es par un d\u00e9jeuner de cl\u00f4ture \u00e0 l&#8217;Hotel Amatte, offrant une derni\u00e8re occasion aux sommeliers, producteurs et partenaires de renforcer leurs liens et de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer une communaut\u00e9 qui continue de faire progresser la culture
