Me siento profundamente conmovido de estar aqu\u00ed. Agradezco enormemente el cari\u00f1o y las muestras de apoyo, as\u00ed como a mi familia y a todas las personas que han sido grandes mentores a lo largo de mi carrera. Sigamos construyendo comunidad con responsabilidad y trabajando por el bien de esta industria.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El reconocimiento celebr\u00f3 no solo sus logros a los vinos de Guanajuato, impartida por Ram\u00f3n V\u00e9lez, presidente de Uva y Vino Guanajuato.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La sesi\u00f3n explor\u00f3 la identidad, diversidad y r\u00e1pida evoluci\u00f3n de una de las regiones vitivin\u00edcolas m\u00e1s din\u00e1micas de M\u00e9xico, al tiempo que destac\u00f3 la creciente importancia de San Miguel de Allende como destino de enoturismo.<\/p>\n<h2>Jos\u00e9 Miguel J\u00e1uregui es coronado Mejor Sommelier de M\u00e9xico 2026<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La principal competencia del pa\u00eds consagr\u00f3 a Jos\u00e9 Miguel J\u00e1uregui como <strong>Mejor Sommelier de M\u00e9xico 2026<\/strong>, obteniendo as\u00ed el derecho de representar a M\u00e9xico en el ASI Best Sommelier of the World Contest 2026, que se celebrar\u00e1 en Lisboa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Como parte de su preparaci\u00f3n para el campeonato mundial, J\u00e1uregui realizar\u00e1 un programa intensivo de entrenamiento en Burdeos, Francia.<\/p>\n<h2>Mirando hacia el futuro: el consumo del vino<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Una mesa redonda reuni\u00f3 a los l\u00edderes del sector Salom\u00f3n Abedrop, Luis Valdez, Horacio N\u00fa\u00f1ez, Luis Morones, Sandra Fern\u00e1ndez y Carlos Borboa para analizar el futuro del consumo del vino a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El panel abord\u00f3 la evoluci\u00f3n del comportamiento de los consumidores, los cambios en los canales de venta y el papel cada vez m\u00e1s relevante que desempe\u00f1an los sommeliers como v\u00ednculo entre los consumidores y el vino en un mercado en constante transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La actividad form\u00f3 parte de <strong>Guanajuato Wine Week 2026<\/strong>, que reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 2.660 participantes en un programa dedicado a celebrar el vino, la gastronom\u00eda, la cultura y el turismo.<\/p>\n<h2>Celebrando la excelencia<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Durante la ceremonia tambi\u00e9n fueron reconocidos varios de los principales profesionales y productores del vino mexicano.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Lourdes Mart\u00ednez Ojeda, de Bruma, en Baja California, recibi\u00f3 el reconocimiento <strong>En\u00f3loga del A\u00f1o 2026<\/strong> por su destacada trayectoria y su contribuci\u00f3n al desarrollo del vino mexicano.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Por su parte, Vi\u00f1edo San Miguel, ubicado en Comonfort, Guanajuato, fue distinguido como <strong>Bodega del A\u00f1o 2026<\/strong>, en reconocimiento a su compromiso con la calidad y a su papel en la promoci\u00f3n de los vinos de Guanajuato.<\/p>\n<h2>Descubriendo el vino mexicano<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A lo largo de la jornada, los asistentes participaron en una degustaci\u00f3n libre que reuni\u00f3 vinos de Guanajuato junto con etiquetas internacionales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La actividad foment\u00f3 el intercambio directo entre productores, sommeliers y consumidores, permitiendo comparar estilos, descubrir nuevas bodegas y apreciar con mayor profundidad la diversidad y calidad de los vinos mexicanos.<\/p>\n<h2>Wine Casino fortalece el esp\u00edritu de comunidad<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La celebraci\u00f3n concluy\u00f3 con <strong>Wine Casino<\/strong>, una experiencia interactiva que combin\u00f3 catas a ciegas, reconocimiento de aromas y desaf\u00edos de identificaci\u00f3n de vinos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Dise\u00f1ada para fomentar el intercambio profesional y el aprendizaje compartido, la actividad reforz\u00f3 el esp\u00edritu de colaboraci\u00f3n que contin\u00faa definiendo a la comunidad de la sommellerie mexicana.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del vino: celebrando la hospitalidad mexicana<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Los asistentes tambi\u00e9n disfrutaron de una exclusiva degustaci\u00f3n en Casa Dragones, donde la sommelier Sandra Fern\u00e1ndez y el chef Donnie Masterton guiaron a los participantes a trav\u00e9s de armon\u00edas con Casa Dragones Joven, Reposado y A\u00f1ejo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El programa continu\u00f3 con una visita a Vi\u00f1edo San Miguel, donde los asistentes recorrieron los vi\u00f1edos y la bodega antes de disfrutar de una cena entre las vides, celebrando los vinos de Guanajuato, su hospitalidad y su creciente proyecci\u00f3n internacional.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Las celebraciones del D\u00eda Internacional del Sommelier concluyeron con un almuerzo de clausura en el Hotel Amatte, ofreciendo una \u00faltima oportunidad para que sommeliers, productores y socios fortalecieran sus v\u00ednculos y celebraran a la comunidad que contin\u00faa impulsando el desarrollo de la cultura del vino en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la educaci\u00f3n, la competencia y el reconocimiento, la ASM demostr\u00f3 una vez m\u00e1s que el D\u00eda Internacional del Sommelier no solo celebra la
